Helen trained at Merseyside Dance & Drama Centre in Liverpool and was awarded a full scholarship from Arts Council England to complete her professional training. Helen graduated with a Professional Diploma in Performing Arts and gained teaching qualifications in numerous genres with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD).

After numerous roles including dancer, choreographer and show producer, Helen opened her own theatre school in Suffolk which has now been running now for 20 years. Helen is a fully qualified Acrobatic Arts coach and flexibility coach using the Alixia Flexibility Method. Helen has been teaching acrobatics for over 12 years and runs Advanced Acro alongside her team of coaches.
